All-Stars program is a state
funded after school education and enrichment program designed to provide school
age children with a safe environment after the regular school day ends.
Enrollment and tuition are free of cost.
The program operates on every regular
school day from the end of school until 6:00
p.m.
The elements of the program day
are grounded in Community, Academics, Recreation, and Enrichment activities.
Homework assistance is given during homework tutorial and study halls. Homework
procedures follow school board policies.
After School programs are designed
to meet the needs of the student population and goals of the school community.
Programs include an educational and literary component in core standards as
well as enrichment activities in the arts, physical fitness, and health. All
programs take place on school campuses and are easily accessible to community
members. Healthy snacks are provided that meet nutritional standards as
established by the U.S. Department of Agriculture
